The Pascack Valley Swim Club Summer Swim Camp in Westwood, New Jersey provides children with a full day of swimming, skill development, and engaging activities in a supportive and supervised environment.

Our swim camp combines daily swim lessons, recreational activities, and creative play to create a balanced program where kids build confidence in the water while making lasting summer memories.

Children are grouped by age and ability, ensuring every camper receives the right level of guidance, supervision, and independence throughout the day.

*The Pascack Valley Swim Club’s Summer Swim Camp is a drop-off program for children ages 5 and older. Campers must be at least 5 years old by OCTOBER 1, 2026 to participate in camp. Campers are divided into groups according to age.


Daily Swim Lessons & Water Safety

A key part of our program is daily swim instruction for all skill levels, from beginners learning water basics to advanced swimmers refining technique. Lessons take place in a supportive and encouraging environment designed to help every child succeed.

Our experienced instructors focus on:

  • Building confidence in the water

  • Improving swimming technique

  • Strengthening endurance and coordination

  • Teaching essential water safety skills

Fun Activities Beyond the Pool

In addition to swim lessons, campers participate in a variety of engaging activities throughout the day, including:

  • Supervised free swim

  • Theme weeks and games

  • Arts & crafts

  • Group activities and team games

During free swim, trained lifeguards actively supervise and interact with campers both in and out of the water, ensuring a safe and positive experience for all participant

Age-Appropriate Supervision

Our camp maintains attentive supervision for all age groups.

  • Younger campers receive close guidance and support throughout the day.

  • Older campers are given more independence and access to appropriate pool amenities based on their age and swimming ability.

This approach helps children grow in confidence while maintaining a strong focus on safety.


HOURS: Camp hours are 8:45 am - 3:00 pm.

ACTIVITIES: Camp activities include: Free swim, swim lessons, theme weeks, games, arts & crafts, and more!

FOOD/SNACKS: Campers are asked to bring snacks from home or can purchase them at our snack stand. Be sure to only send snacks that your child can open independently. Lunch must be brought from home each day.

SWIMMING: Campers will take part in daily swim lessons. It is very important for parents to make sure that their children can comfortably swim, independently, in at least 3 feet of water. Please send your child to Swim Camp in his/her bathing suit.

REGISTRATION: ALL REGISTRATION MUCT BE DONE ONLINE UNLESS ARRANGED IN ADVANCE WITH THE CAMP DIRECTOR. Please complete the registration using the link below. Please do not mail registration or payment. Payment is due at the time of registration. There are no refunds once camp starts.

In addition to structured swim instruction, campers enjoy a variety of engaging activities, including arts and crafts and supervised free swim sessions.
